Jennifer Campbell, general manager of Downtown Container Park, announced today that the outdoor shopping center is on track to welcome its 500,000th visitor by the end of this weekend. Container Park will mark the occasion by presenting the lucky 500,000th visitor with a gift basket including two tickets to Sheryl Crow’s upcoming concert at the venue, champagne from Bin 702, a Trikke Tour for two and other items from the park’s small business tenants.

“We’re grateful for the community’s support of Container Park, and we’re looking forward to celebrating this milestone,” Campbell said. “It’s amazing to be able to celebrate 500,000 visitors less than six months after opening, and we can’t wait to see what the future brings.”

Container Park, located at 707 Fremont Street, celebrated its grand opening on December 5, 2013 and features 39 shops, restaurants, and bars. The open-air center is also home to the Treehouse, a one-of-a-kind interactive play area for children, a stage for live performances, and much more. Container Park’s stores are open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Restaurants and bars are open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m.
