Pinches Tacos is opening a second Vegas location in The Gramercy, a 20-acre, mixed-use development featuring residential, office, and restaurant space located on Vegas’ southwest side.
Set to open mid-September, this will be Pinches’ sixth and largest location, and will boast a full bar plus all of the quintessential menu items you crave. From tacos prepared with hand-made tortillas to overstuffed burritos to their insane Mexican corn on the cob, you’ll feel like you’ve found culinary heaven.
Inspired by the experience of dining outdoors, the new location occupies 3,600 square feet and features unique design elements such as a life-size food truck in the center of the restaurant and giant, windowed garage doors that open onto a patio perfect for al fresco dining. The eclectic décor, bright colors and “Día de Muertos” style embraced by the Pinches brand will flourish at their new hotspot.
In 2008, the Anaya family opened the first Pinches Tacos on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood. By 2013, they had expanded to Las Vegas and unveiled their new downtown hotspot at Container Park [http://downtowncontainerpark.com/]. If you’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting this tiny 640-square-foot restaurant housed inside a shipping container, you know that what they lack in space, they make up for in passion.
The Anaya family’s dedication is apparent in every dish they create. Owner Javier Anaya explains, “food is an emotional experience and we want to provide the best customer experience possible. When you come to Pinches, you leave happy. That’s what it’s all about.”
There’s no doubt that Pinches second location will bring us double the happiness.
